SSC CGL 2024 Tier 1 Answer Key Released: Check and Download
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially released the answer key for the SSC CGL 2024 Tier 1 examination. Candidates who appeared for the exam can now check and download the answer key from the official SSC website at https://ssc.gov.in
The Tier 1 exam, a crucial stage in the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) recruitment process, was conducted earlier this year. With the release of the answer key, candidates can review their responses, calculate their tentative scores, and raise objections if any discrepancies are found.
How to Check and Download the SSC CGL 2024 Answer Key:
1. Visit the official SSC website: https://ssc.gov.in
2. Navigate to the ‘Answer Key’ section.
3. Click on the link for “SSC CGL 2024 Tier 1 Answer Key.”
4. Enter your login credentials, including your registration number and password.
5. View and download the answer key for future reference.
Candidates are advised to carefully go through the answer key and submit objections, if necessary, within the stipulated time frame mentioned by the SSC.
The Commission has also provided the candidates with the option to raise grievances against the SSC CGL 2024 answer keys. Candidates can go through the answer keys and submit online representations, if any, within the stipulated time limit on payment of Rs 100 per question, which is non-refundable.
Tier-1 exam consisted of objective type and multiple choice questions. The questions were set both in English and Hindi except for English comprehension. There was a negative marking of 0.50 for each wrong answer.
The tier 1 result will be based on the final answer key. Candidates shortlisted in tier 1 will have to appear for the tier-2 exam which will include paper-1 and paper-2 in separate shifts or days.
As many as 17,727 vacancies will be filled as part of SSC CGL 2024 recruitment.
